EAT THE CHEESE
The festival's (or you organization's) most outgoing and charismatic players compete in silly improv games and head-to-head battles of wit and charisma, helmed by the master of ceremonies, Jessica The Jester Levity. The stakes are high as teams face off in a series of visceral, theatrical showdowns, all culminating in a Battle for the Cheese. Each round begins when one team spins the Cheese Wheel, telling them what action they must do (like 'deliver a Shakespearean soliloquy'), then The Jester asks the audience for a suggestion of theme (deliver a Shakespearean soliloquy about discovering masturbation at summer camp.) The audience chooses which team wins the Round, and the losing team must kick off one of their Players. The game continues until one team has only one Player, who then challenges an opposing Player of their choosing to 'Survival of the Fittest'. If the losing team wins, they get to resurrect a dead player; if the winning team wins the Survival round, they take the entire game, and challenge a new team the next time the show is played. Rounds can continue same day, or tournaments can be waged over days (especially in a festival setting), to create a more dramatic competitive showdown.
